Our Story

Every great story begins somewhere. Ours began with friendship.

Long before there was INVEI, there were two friends, shared days working crush, and a growing appreciation for the craft of winemaking.

Then an unexpected opportunity arrived: a donation of grapes that could be used to produce kosher wine. Because we had already worked together in the winery, turning to one another felt natural.

We did not begin with a winery, a polished business plan, or years of family tradition. We began with grapes, friendship, and the determination to learn by doing.
